In her current work, Hazel partners with organisations such as e2i and Workforce Singapore (WSG), where she delivers workshops and talks to working adults on communication, mental resilience and personal effectiveness. As an Associate Coach with e2i, she works closely with jobseekers and professionals in career transition, supporting them in career clarity, resume development, interview preparation and confidence building.
