The Balanced Hustle Series by e2i × NLB: Promote Me, Not My Burnout
Trying to grow fast at work… but also trying not to combust? 🔥
Starting your career in Singapore can feel exciting, but also quietly overwhelming. There’s pressure to prove yourself, say yes to every opportunity and figure out the “unwritten rules” of work… all at once (and somehow still have energy left for life beyond ☕kopi runs! )
Over time, this can lead to overcommitment, constant fatigue and second-guessing yourself.
Performing Effectively Without Burnout is a 90-minute experiential workshop, whilst applicable to most, is especially suitable for fresh graduates and early career switchers who want to grow, perform, and be seen — without running themselves into the ground.
Powered by the A.N.C.H.O.R. Method™, this session goes beyond theory. Through guided activities, paired conversations and a practical role-play, participants will explore how to:
Build confidence beyond job titles
Understand their personal energy patterns (what fuels you vs what drains you)
Communicate boundaries in a way that feels professional and credible
Rather than just learning concepts, participants will experience real insights about what drives them, what drains them and how to navigate workplace expectations without losing themselves in the process (or burning out before their next promotion!)
By the end of the workshop, participants will walk away with a clear, one-page action plan they can apply immediately grounded in their values, energy and real workplace situations.
Registration on-site starts from 1pm onwards. All pre-registered attendees are advised to be seated by 1.25pm. Walk-in slots are available, subject to available slots.
